Terms and Conditions
MyUSBGift is the wholesale storefront of Giftstalk Sdn Bhd (SSM: 201301009657), a corporate gifts supplier registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. This site is built for agencies, resellers and trading companies buying to supply their own clients, not for retail buyers. By registering an account, signing in or placing an order with us, you accept the terms set out below.
Agent Registration
Access to agent pricing requires registration. You give us your company details and upload your SSM document, and our management checks that your company operates in a related industry before the account is approved. We may decline a registration, or suspend or close an account, at our discretion – for example where the company details cannot be verified or where these terms are not being observed.
Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what is done under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Pricing and Confidentiality
Agent pricing is separate from our corporate pricing and is shown only when you are signed in. It is given to you on the understanding that it stays inside your company: it is not to be published, forwarded to your client, shared with another agency or posted anywhere public. We take this seriously, and repeated breaches are grounds for closing an account.
Prices and stock quantities shown on this site are for your guidance. The figures that govern an order are the ones your indoor sales consultant confirms to you in writing on the quotation.
Placing an Order
Orders are placed through the indoor sales consultant handling your account rather than through a checkout on this site. An order is on when your consultant confirms it in writing against a quotation you have agreed. Production and delivery are arranged once payment is received – the routes we accept are set out on our payment methods page.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
When you send us a logo or artwork to print, you confirm that you or your client hold the rights to use it and that printing it will not infringe anyone else’s trade mark, copyright or other rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from artwork you supply. We may decline to print artwork where the right to use it is unclear.
Everything else on this site – the product photographs, descriptions, catalogue files and layout – belongs to Giftstalk Sdn Bhd. You are welcome to use our product images to quote and present to your own clients. Anything beyond that, ask us first.
Changes and Cancellation
Once artwork is confirmed, you may still change the mock-up up to the point where printing begins – tell your indoor sales consultant as early as you can, since once the job is on the machine it cannot be pulled back. A deposit already paid is not refunded on cancellation, but it is carried forward as credit against your next order with us.
Returns
Items that have been printed with a logo cannot be returned. Unprinted ready stock may be returned under certain conditions, depending on how long ago the order was placed, and an administrative fee applies. Ask the indoor sales consultant handling your account before you send anything back, so the return can be recorded against your order.
Damage or Shortage
Check your goods when they arrive and tell us within 7 days of receipt if anything is damaged, wrong or short. We will replace the affected pieces. Where we do not have enough stock to replace them, we refund the difference. Where goods are damaged or not what was ordered and you are not willing to take a reduced quantity, we refund in full.
Delivery
Delivery charges, coverage, self collection, dropship to your client and overseas shipping are set out on our delivery info page. Lead times quoted to you are our best estimate based on the artwork, the printing method and the stock position on the day.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The version published on this page is the one in force.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
