Delivery Info
MyUSBGift is the wholesale storefront of Giftstalk Sdn Bhd (SSM: 201301009657). Delivery is arranged by the indoor sales consultant handling your account, and the charge is quoted to you together with the product and the printing – so the figure you pass to your client is the complete one. Goods are released once the order has been paid in full.
Klang Valley – Our Own Transport
We run our own vehicles around the Klang Valley, which means deliveries move on our schedule rather than a courier’s. Delivery is free on orders above RM1,500 within a 40km radius of our warehouse. Below that a flat RM80 per trip applies. The same terms apply to registered agents.
Other States
Outside the Klang Valley we ship through our courier partners and the courier charge is passed on. Johor, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore are routes we run regularly. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and the weight of the consignment, so ask your indoor sales consultant for the figure before you quote your client.
Urgent Deliveries
Where something has to be in your client’s hands the same day, Lalamove or Grab can be arranged within the Klang Valley at the rate quoted on the day. Tell your indoor sales consultant the deadline as early as you can rather than after the order is placed – ready stock without printing gives us the most room to move.
Self Collection
Registered agents are welcome to collect from our warehouse in Selangor. Arrange it with your indoor sales consultant first so the goods are picked, checked and waiting when you arrive.
Dropship to Your Client
We deliver straight to your client’s address when you prefer not to handle the goods yourself. Many of our agent partners work this way, and it is one of the reasons they buy from us. Give your indoor sales consultant the recipient’s name, address and phone number when the order is placed, and the delivery is quoted to that address.
Shipping Outside Malaysia
Overseas shipments go by DHL, FedEx or SF Express. Rates depend on weight and destination, so ask for a quote before you confirm with your client. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are charged once the shipment reaches the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
When Your Order Goes Out
Lead time is normally 5 to 14 working days, counted from the day artwork is confirmed and payment is received. Items taken without printing move faster.
