Who We Are
MyUSBGift is the wholesale storefront of Giftstalk Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201301009657), a corporate gifts supplier registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Our office and warehouse are at A-G-20, A-1-20, A-2-20, Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Serdang, Jalan BS 14/1, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.myusbgift.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

What We Collect
Agency registration. To see agent pricing you must register with us. During registration we collect your company name, business registration details and your uploaded SSM document, the name and job title of the person registering, a contact email address and phone number, and your business address. The SSM document is used to confirm that your company operates in a related industry before your account is approved.
Enquiries and quotations. When you send an enquiry or ask for a quotation we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about the products, quantities and deadlines you are working to.
Orders. Orders are placed offline through your sales consultant, not through this website. For an order we collect delivery addresses, recipient contact details, artwork files and purchase order documents. We do not collect or store credit card or bank card numbers on this website.
Correspondence. Emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes exchanged with our sales consultants are kept as part of your account history.
Technical information. Our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is standard web server logging and is not used to identify you personally.
Why We Use It
We use the information above to verify and approve agency registrations, to give approved agents access to agent pricing, to answer enquiries and prepare quotations, to process and deliver orders and to produce printed artwork, to keep you informed about stock, promotions and pricing offers relevant to your account, to meet accounting and tax record-keeping obligations, and to maintain and improve this website.
If you would rather not receive promotional messages, tell your sales consultant or email us and we will stop sending them. You will still receive messages about orders you have placed.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We share only what is needed, and only with: courier and logistics partners, who receive delivery addresses and recipient contact details in order to deliver your goods; our own staff and sales consultants handling your account; professional advisers such as our auditors and accountants where required; and government authorities or regulators where we are required by Malaysian law to disclose.
Our servers and business systems are located in Malaysia. Where a service provider processes information outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard.
Cookies
This website uses cookies. Some are necessary to keep you logged in to your agent account and to remember what you have been looking at. Others help us understand which pages are used and where visitors have difficulty, so we can improve the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, the agent login will not work.
Links to Other Websites
Some pages link to other websites, including our retail site giftstalk.com and our social media pages. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s website, governed by their privacy policy, not this one. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep agent account records and order documentation for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by Malaysian tax and company law. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, and are then removed. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date, ask us to stop using your information for direct marketing, and ask us to limit how we process your information, subject to our legal obligations.
To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not release your information to someone else. We will respond within the period the PDPA allows.
Keeping It Secure
We use access controls, encrypted connections and internal procedures to protect the information we hold. Access to agent records is limited to staff who need it for their work. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take the protection of your business information seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The version published on this page is the one in force. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will make that clear on the site.
